About Us

Gros Morne Academy, home of the Panthers, is located in the heart of Gros Morne, Rocky Harbour, NL. 

Serving the communities of Rocky Harbour, Norris Point and Sally's Cove, we are an all grade school with a population of 131 students. 

Being in one of the most beautiful communities in Newfoundland, and one of the tourist hotbeds, we try to involve our surroundings and our community in a lot of stuff we have going on at GMA, whether that is Physical Education, school events and extra curriculars. 

We ourselves, as an all grade school with small numbers, not only have our in-person classes, but CDLI offerings for Grades 11 and 12. 

We are truly blessed with a family like atmosphere, not just in our school, but in our communities we serve.
